The integration enables event professionals to manage the full event lifecycle in a single connected environment, from planning and budgeting through venue sourcing and selection to registration, event execution, attendee and exhibitor management, and post-event analytics.
Search, book and pay in one workflow
Through the integration, Meetingselect becomes the embedded venue sourcing and selection layer within Stova. Event planners can search for venues, compare options, manage sourcing and bidding processes, and complete bookings and payments without leaving the Stova platform.
The combined solution is designed to reduce manual processes and simplify the transition from initial venue discovery to confirmed booking and event execution.

The integration also brings cost visibility further into the event planning process. Historical and trending venue pricing data can help planners build budgets and forecast meeting spend before a venue is selected.
