Healthy fastfood chain Poké Perfect has opened its doors in Arrival Hall 1 at Schiphol Plaza with its largest location to date. Covering 150 square metres and offering 74 seats, the fast-casual concept provides a healthy alternative for travellers, airport staff and visitors.
The new location has been designed for quick and efficient service, offering everything from signature bowls to seasonal specials and fully customisable poké bowls. Guests can also take their meal with them beyond the security checkpoint, perfect for those on the go. The opening aligns with Schiphol’s ambition to make responsible, fresh, and healthy food accessible to everyone.
Fast and healthy
Poké Perfect was founded in 2016 by brother and sister Gerrit Jan and Quinta Witzel, and now counts fifteen locations across the Netherlands. As a true family business, Poké Perfect is known for its passion for quality, hospitality, and sustainability. Ingredients are carefully selected, sourced locally where possible, and delivered fresh daily to minimise food waste. The poké bowls are healthy, quickly prepared, and fully customisable to each guest’s taste. ‘With Poké Perfect, we are adding a healthy and contemporary dining concept to our offering at Schiphol Plaza. It fits perfectly with our ambition to provide travellers and employees with greater variety and quality. We want everyone visiting Schiphol to be able to enjoy fresh and responsible food. Poké Perfect is a great example of how we are putting that vision into practice’ says Arthur Reijnhart, Chief Commercial Officer Schiphol
Poké Perfect Schiphol Plaza is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00 and is located in Arrival Hall 1, opposite Café Rembrandt.
