BizAway, a pan-European business travel platform, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Uniglobe Alliance Travel, one of the leading travel management companies in the Netherlands. The transaction became effective on July 1, 2026.
Operating at the heart of the Dutch corporate travel sector since 2006, Uniglobe Alliance Travel has built a strong, sustainable reputation through expert, customer-centric service. With a team of experienced travel consultants operating across five locations—Rotterdam, Arnhem, Goes, Almere, and Alkmaar—the company serves a wide range of clients, including educational institutions, government organizations, corporate entities, and specialized maritime businesses.
For BizAway, the acquisition further consolidates its position in the Benelux region—where it already serves more than 200 companies—and establishes a direct operational presence with established branches in one of Europe’s most dynamic business travel markets. The addition of five new offices enhances BizAway’s ability to support mid-market and large organizations with complex travel needs across Europe and internationally.
By combining Uniglobe Alliance Travel’s specialized domain expertise with BizAway’s proprietary technology platform, expert personal support, and global network, the combined entity delivers a stronger and more comprehensive offering to clients in the Netherlands and beyond.
Following the acquisition, Uniglobe Alliance Travel will continue to operate under its existing brand name as part of the BizAway Group, ensuring complete continuity for clients, suppliers, and employees. Byron Bentley will remain as Commercial Director, responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the organization. Clients can expect full continuity, with all agreements, contracts, and terms remaining unchanged.
