AF-KLM appoints Frédérique Pelger as successor Bas Gerressen

Air France-KLM has announced the appointment of Frédérique Pelger as Vice President Benelux, Dutch Caribbean & Suriname within the Passenger Division. In this role, she will report to Noud Duyzings, Senior Vice President Air France-KLM for EMEA, Asia, Benelux, Dutch Caribbean & Suriname, and Latin America. She succeeds Bas Gerressen, albeit with a different job title, as Director KLM The Netherlands.

Pelger will be responsible for driving sustainable commercial growth and deepening relationships with customers and partners across these vital home markets.

Extensive Experience Within the Group

Pelger brings a wealth of internal expertise to the position, having started her career at KLM through the Corporate Management Traineeship. Since then, she has held various strategic and commercial roles within the organization.

Her background includes significant leadership positions at KLM Cargo, where she served as Director of Digital Commercial and Director of Process & Service Strategy. In her most recent role as Director Benelux Cargo, she oversaw Sales, Customer Service, and Business Development.

Strengthening Market Position
