KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM) is resuming its service between Amsterdam and Barbados. With fares starting from €665, the airline offers a comfortable and affordable way to travel between Europe and the Caribbean. The new route gives both European travelers and Barbadians direct access to KLM’s global network of 161 destinations, offering excellent value for money.

KLM will operate three weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays with its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, equipped with 30 Business seats, 21 Premium Comfort seats, and 224 Economy seats. The first return flight from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS) landed at Grantley Adams International Airport on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, after a three-year hiatus. The flight departed Amsterdam at 9:40 a.m. and arrived in Bridgetown at 1:40 p.m. local time, before continuing to Georgetown, Guyana.
Andrea Franklin, Chief Executive Officer of Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. (BTMI), emphasized the importance of this service. “Europe remains a key market for us, and these affordable fares will give European visitors easier access to Barbados’ renowned hospitality and vibrant culture.
